In my more than 18 years of experience in the mental health field, I've seen the many ways that physical health and mental health affect a person's day to day life. This practice offers counseling, physical fitness training and nutrition coaching to provide the blend that helps clients live their best lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach.
Services can be provided together or individually to meet the needs of the client.
The mind-body connection is a powerful thing, and I believe physical and mental health can work in concert to help us lead satisfying, meaningful lives.

Individual counseling with cognitive behavioral techniques , solution focused strategies and mindfulness approach.
1 Hour Psychotherapy
:45 minute Psychotherapy session
Personal Training offered in a 1:1 environment with a personalized approach to meet your fitness goals and needs.
Meet with Trainer to discuss goals, exercise interests and strategies.
1:1 Virtual Training including a variety of training methods including cardio, strength, conditioning, mobility, core and power work. Includes two take home workouts.
1:1 Coaching session review food journals and additional assessments to determine the best overall approach to meet your nutrition goals. Discover key components to keep a sustainable healthy eating pattern. Educational material provided following session.
